Oh my it has been so very long. I am starting another training program for another run. It is Ragnar training. This is I will be ready and train on the up hill as well as the down hill run. I also need to loose some weight.

The PC kids will not be down for the turkey day holiday. This will be good, and give me time to get work done, clean home, and have a house full of company. Hubby and I are also working on talking more about our feelings and getting things out.

I will not be last minute on this training and I am starting now. I just took three months off and now the fun and sore muscles begin. Yeah...
