I have now been unemployed for 6 months. I am trying to qualify for the emergency extension. I try to have the positive out look, but my luck is not good. I normally will end up with a delayed timing and go with no money for the next month.
I did not run on Friday and on Saturday I moved my aunt and used the packing and moving as weight lifting instead. I ran on Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur. I felt that the backs of my calves are very sore and the rest was well needed. I need to do some different training to be ready for the Ragnar relay. I am really going to have to do some web search to help. I have never stretched before a run and the past two weeks my calves have really ached until 1/2 into the run. I am not sure if it is the treadmill, or if it is my shoes? I do not want to start changing too much and make it all worse.
The boys were here this weekend. I was so frustrated by them and they mess that they blamed on Sassy Pants. I picked up after them so they could not have an argument. Then hours later they were the only ones down the basement and made another mess. I was so hurt and even more frustrated. I really wanted to lay the law down and have the rule that they cannot be down there. I cannot be their maid any longer.
